Danny is a lover of bad jokes, gin, and numbers. He is the analytical part of The Tipsy Mule. We adore Danny’s wealth of alcohol knowledge and his great laugh.
Danny is an award-winning mixologist. He won 2017 Food Scene Eugene and was runner-up for 2017 Bite of Oregon. He now enjoys doing cocktail consultations for companies such as Blossom Brothers and making sure you’re drinking your favorite cocktail at your event.
Marisa is a lover of travel and adventure, mezcal paper planes, and all things pretty. She is the creative part of The Tipsy Mule and is always making sure we look our best. We adore Marisa’s attention to detail and genuine, heart-forward attitude.
Marisa thrives when working with people and exercising her creativity in any outlet. She has over 14 years of experience in the service industry and knows how to bring a warm smile and positive energy to any event.
After searching for months for the perfect trailer to renovate, we spotted Jenny (yes, she has a name) sitting outside in a friend’s yard and we knew instantly that she was the one. I mean, isn’t she just the cutest?
She didn’t come this way. In fact she took a long time to get her this pretty.
Now she’s a fully functioning mobile bar with lights, running water, and even those fancy glass rinsers.
